Ivy Hill's iconic Parkway Theater building prepares for a legendary comeback with a revived look and a new purpose.
The vision
The Parkway will be reborn, complete with a built-in cannabis retail store. Future plans will continue this transformation with the addition of a consumption lounge, community art space, kitchen, and live entertainment venue.
